Innovation in Housing
PRIAE is working in partnership with the Great Wall Housing Association and Hanover Housing to bring about the creation of Extra Care Home provision for Chinese elders in London. The specially adapted housing would allow Chinese elders to retain their independence in a culturally appropriate environment that catered for their specific needs in old age.
